If you already renewed your maintenance and you still receive this message, go to 3CX Management console > Settings > License and reactivate your license again.
If you let your maintenance expire, you will not be eligible for 3CX updates. Conferencing will stop to work and your FQDN will be deleted..

I am using debian, what do i do, i have the free version with 16 sim.

Currently you have 2 options. The first is to renew the maintenance of the licence so you can keep the 16 Sim calls. The second option is to do nothing. The maintenance will then auto renew for another year but the licence will go down to 4 Sim calls.

The FREE/Standard licence (of which is currently 16SC for a year) downgrades to a 4SC if you do not renew the licence maintenance as Yiannish mentioned above.

If you are using it at home, then you likely don't need more than 4SC. Don't worry about it. Your license will go to 4SC and you'll not notice a difference.
