Dear support team,
We had issue that our current license is 16 SIM CALL with Enterprise (Lisence we upgrade before and showed correct in Host server 3cx)
But when i renew it showed as 16 SIM CALL with Professional
Could you please help us to fix it then we can renew with Enterprise, because from Web account (customer.3cx.com) it still show as Professional
