Licensed not renewed.

Hello,

I am currently running the following version:

Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release)

This was renewed before the renewal date, however it has just been noticed that in 3cx itself it is saying expired. I have checked on the portal and it renewed OK until march 2027.

What do I need to do to sort this.

You need to update the system to the latest version, as update 5 can no longer reach the activation server.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. Am I correct in thinking it will not update as it thinks the license has expired so will not give the update. Previously this has meant backup, uninstall, reinstall restore is this still the only way?

That is correct. You can always try to update from the Admin console, and if you cannot do so, then, as you mentioned, you need to take a backup, uninstall, and redeploy.
