Hi! We have a 3CX PBX in Microsoft Azure, deployed from 3CX template. There are few VOIP providers added: 1 sip-trunk (Vega) and another VOIP (Kyivstar). Recently we have added a 3rd provider (Lifecell).

Connection details:
Dynamic IP on our side
SIP-registration
TLS
SRTP

We have a problem with constant disconnects:

TypeWarning
Event ID12293
Date03/10/2025 5:12 PM
DetailsRegistration at Lifecell has failed. Destination (sip:msbc.lifecell.ua:5081;transport=TLS;lr;maddr=212.58.160.214) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

It happens every 5-15 minutes. And then after 10-30 minutes the connection recovers.

We have 2 PBX (Production PBX in Azure and testing on-premises). Lifecell in not a supported provider in 3CX. The problem is only on 3CX deployed in Azure. No problems with local 3CX. According to provider there are no issues on their side and no restricion for Azure.

Considering we have this poblem only on 3CX in Azure, i suppose its Azure related issue.

What should we do?

Hey Evgeniy,
You may try to use the IP address 212.58.160.214 instead of FQDN. There's definitely DNS issue. I had the same issue with the PBX, which is deployed in Azure.
