am i able to deploy using lightsail any longer? I am working on installing a new system and do not see AWS Lightsail as an option. Also, what will happen to my other systems that ARE deployed via lightsail? will they continue to work?

How to know , something good enough one day may be considered as not recommended practice the next day. We can without a doubt seing 3CX restricting things that were available before.
