Solved Limit Call Pickup to Extension Group

Hi,

Currently we have around thirty extensions divided into 5 user groups. What I would like to do is to create a BLF button on every phone, which allows the user to pick up a call, specifically from their own user group.
I have enabled the following option “Limit Call Pickup to calls received in their extension group”. After that I have configured a speed-dial, named “Pick up” with the default 3CX pickup code (*20*). However this button seems to pick up calls from other user groups as well, which is not what i want.
I have removed all users from the DEFAULT user group to make sure there weren't any overlapping user rights.

Is this even possible within 3CX?

Edit all your existing groups, and prevent them from publishing their information to everyone.



But make sure they can see each other internally

I have found the problem which I was facing. I was testing the pickup from my own extension, which has the right to manage all extensions .
