Limit duration outgoing calls

I have 3CX already on V20, I need to limit outgoing international calls for example for 20 minutes.
If someone tries to make an international call, after 20 minutes, the call will drop by itself.
is is doable in 3CX?

Hi there.
No, we don't have such an option in the Phonesystem and the maximum call duration for all the calls is 10800 seconds = 3 hours.
Maybe you can make this limitation on your provider end for international calls, and Sip Trunk should have these settings.

Thank you, I needed to protect the outgoing calls from any hack... this is why i needed to limit international calls duration.
For that, I will use the PIN PROTECT feature, this could help me increase security.

We could create a service that monitors international phone calls and when the duration exceeds a specified threshold either disconnect the call or perhaps divert the call to an IVR that says something like "your call has exceeded the maximum duration and will be disconnected" and then drop the call. It would be a custom solution.
