I have questionable problem. Does 3cx have the ability to limit outgoing calls to 1 user per day. I want users to make a maximum of 200 calls per day

No, there is no way to limit the maximum calls per day.

oh thanks

So is there a way to send notifications when users make more than 200 outgoing calls per day?

No, there is no way to send notifications when users make more than 200 outgoing calls per day.

The system does not monitor how many calls per day are made.

If you want, you can run reports to see all the calls, but this will not prevent anyone from making over 200

JohnS_3CX is correct, there is not a built-in way of doing this.

However, it is possible using the 3CX Call Control API to write a service that counts all outbound calls made by and extension and automatically disable the extension's ability to make more external calls when their limit is reached. Then, at midnight, the service could reactivate the extensions ability to make external calls. Essentially turning off/on the extension setting below.

Oh almost everything I need. But I don't know how to install it can you give a few suggestions or reference tutorials.

I'm a little embarrassed to say, this is going to require intimate knowledge of the 3CX Call Control API. You would need to invest a lot of time, and be a programmer, to do this. There is no publicly available documentation for the 3CX API, nor are there any reference tutorials. So perhaps my suggestion was not that helpful. It can be done, it just depends on how much effort you want to put into a solution.
