The time is wrong in the screenshots because I haven't refreshed the page in along time so it stoped auto refreshing thank you!

Ok. Didn't need all of those pages, but I see one thing, on the first group of shots that should be changed.

On the Router/WAN setup the Internet Connection Type should be Static IP, to use the one you've assigned to the 3102.

I'm going to log into another computer so i can bring up one of my 3102's on an adjacent screen

OK, on the PSTN tab

Use OB Proxy In Dialog:
Make Call Without Reg:
Ans Call Without Reg: I have all 3 set to No.

On subscriber Information/Display name...I seem to recall, from a long time ago, that you were not supposed to set that to the same as your trunk/extension number. Not sure if that will make a difference, but you might try changing to something else, like a name, or your PSTN number.

On VoIP-To-PSTN Gateway Setup...
VoIP Caller Default DP: = None

On PSTN-To-VoIP Gateway Setup
PSTN Caller Default DP: = 8 (which you datafilled above)

PSTN CID For VoIP CID:= Yes

On FXO Timer Values (sec)

PSTN Answer Delay:=3 (or you won't get caller ID incoming...Bellcore Caller ID)

So...as long as the 3CX server is at 192.168.0.46, and there is no firewall, or anything else blocking the 3102 (check to see that it's IP has not been blacklisted by 3CX), it should show a registration attempt.in the 3CX Activity Log.

Hello leejor , I Am grateful for your help but unfortunately ,it did not work , I set the activity log to VERBOSE , and attached it below , it is not still registering :( , I have attached the log , can you please have a look at it and see if you can see anything fishy. The ip of the 3cx pc changes every time I restart the laptop , but I update that in the 3102's settings , I am going to give it a static ip once it has been sorted out and all working , Thank You !

The 3CX server requires a static IP. as does the 3102, because you set the IP of the 3102, in the trunks settings, for outgoing calls.

In the log, I see something that leads me to believe you are in the UK. If that is the case, then there are a number of settings under International Control, that should be changed, to accommodate a UK phone line. The Caller ID delay that I said to set to 3, will also not be required.

This talks about the SPA-3000 (he 3102 predecessor), but most field names remain the same...

Did you have any luck getting this to work, after setting the server to a static IP?

Hi, Leejor, With all the help, I couldn't get it working, so I resorted to porting my number over to VOIP and going from there, One question did arise though, The standard tier of 3cx, Is it free forever, or is there a price after 1st year, I am hosting on-site, thank you.

I've attached a low resolution scan of the original 3CX posted guide for setting up the 3102. Anything more legible was too large to attach. This was from a number of years ago, when they still officially supported it, so some registration requirements may have changed slightly. Everything else is still valid.

If you have tried "everything", you might consider doing a "factory reset" and starting over, from the beginning.

If you do a search through the forum, for the SPA-3000 and SPA-3102, you will find a number of posts that I've made, some of which may be of help.
