linksys vs GrandStream HandyTone 488

Dear all,

I'm using Linksys spa3102 in Italy. This device is not be able to manage all calls without echo problem. For home user is ok,but not for company(read a lot of post in Internet). Who agree with me? Who is using GrandStream HandyTone 488? What about it?

I am using SPA3102, and several customers of mine are. No echo nojitter

Works like a dream, mos of 4.4 or higher.

So I have to disagree with your statement .

We tested HT488 before. Not too much echo. For smaller office use should be OK.

Adding on to this - what would be better for 4 analog lines? I was going to order the GrandSteam GXW-4104. How does that compare?
Eventually (month or so???) the 4 analogs will be cut down to 1 and adding a few VoIP gateways.

I tried that with the SPA9000 and had echo and dropped calls and calls that didn't answer. Could have been 9000 issues? But support couldn't (and still haven't) been able to come up with a solution.

yeah that is why I shelved the SPA9000 as well - lack of support !!

But the SPA400 seems to work well with 3CX - so far
