When selecting listen in on an active call, the popup window displays barge in instead of listen in (which it shouldn't but fine, it doesn't bother me).
In the pop up window you can accept the call or deny. So far so good.
My problem starts when no matter how hard I press accept button (green button) it wouldn't take the call (get into the call in listen/barge-in mode). I can deny it fine (red button), but it wouldn't accept no matter what.
So basically, I cannot listen-in. It will pop up the window but I CANNOT accept to call to listen (cannot press green button).
Just to clarify, I used it a month or so ago, and it worked fine then. So, it has worked in the past, but it has failed more times than it worked. And now it has been constantly failing for over a couple of weeks.
