I would really appreciate anybody pointing me in the right direction in installing Live Chat on a Wix website please.
I have read through pages and pages of forum messages and installation guides but im still struggling.
I have had it confirmed that I am using the correct website address (with dashes rather than dots) and when I click on that link it takes me to the website which displays the chat box fine so I know the code has generated ok.
I just cannot seem to embed the code onto the Wix site and get anything to display.
The first method from the Wix guide tells you to insert either of the two generated snippets (I was making the mistake to start with of pasting them both) into a new element on a page.
The second method detailed in the email you can send to admins says "manually add the code snippet below before the <body> tag on all the web pages you want the chat box to appear on".
