Live Chat Name And Email Not Working!

Hi! I have setup a livechat for my website octaitech.com. But there is an issue with the chat system. Under admin settings, I have set up request for name and email when a user clicks on the chat button. The name and email space show up, but nothing happens when I click on it. Also, the greeting message doesn't show up along with the name and email. However, the chat button works. Can anybody help me with the issue please? Visit the website and click on the chat pop up button to understand the problem better. I will wait for somebody's response. Thank you.

I tried to visit the website you mentioned (octaitech.com) but it doesn't seem to load.
Have you checked your web console for any potential errors or conflicts with existing functionality on the page?

Could you try creating a fresh page on your website and copy-paste the code snippet to see if the issue persists?

Are there any potential <div></div> or other code blocks that might be placed on top of the chat bubble, blocking interaction?

Hi again. I have found the solution. It seems like a static page was saved in the cache (as I am constantly updating the site). I cleared the browser and cookies and the chat now works fine. But that makes me wonder, why the chat didn't give the option to enter name and email after updating the website. Thanks for the assistance.
