Live chat not showing on Wordpress website

can anyone help me perhaps with settings? I think I have done everything correct but still the live chat is not showing on website (4angel.cloud)

You have https://4angel.cloud which is not the same as https://www.4angel.cloud

The www subdomain is missing.
