I have a trimline 210 phone connected directly to my local hosted version of 3cx on my raspberry pi. How can I set it up in 3cx?

How exactly do you have it connected, or are you saying you want to connect it? There's technically no connecting an analog device to 3CX. You connect an ATA to 3CX, and after that 3CX doesn't care what the final piece is. To use that phone in 3CX you would need a FXS ATA so pick one from this list:

If you then would like to make calls out from 3CX you need a SIP trunk.

If you already have a PSTN line at home, and are not ready to move that over to a SIP trunk. You might want to consider doing a search, for a device such as the Linksys SPA3102, or the older SPA3000. Both those devices, while not officially supported by 3CX (or still being made), will give you a connection to an analogue phone (FXS port), and a 3CX trunk connection, to a local PSTN phone line (FXO port).

If you choose to go this route, post back and I can provide links, and assistance, with setting it up. Additional SIP trunks, and other ATAs, or SIP phones, can be added later.

This is an analog phone, and 3CX only supports IP phones. You can get an FXS (analog telephone adapter) which will let you connect it. These models are supported out of the box in 3CX:
