Lock down ring groups

I might be missing it, but how can i lock down a paging ring group from the outside? Right now if you dial-in and enter the ring group at the greeting it allows anyone to announce.

Hi,

Go to Custom Parameters from Advanced settings menu and search for IVRDONOTCALL. You can set from here the numbers that you don't want to be dialed from IVR.

For anyone else that reads this thread in the future, after entering the extension to Custom Parameters you need to restart the services for it to take effect. Other than that it worked great
