Hi there!
New user needing a little information/help here.
I've come across a particular situation a couple of times, and I wonder if there's a way to handle it which I might be missing.

The situation is the following:
  • Extension A calls extension B.
  • Extension B doesn't answer...
  • ...and extension C (let's assume it's just another colleague at the same office) picks up the call instead.
Is there a way to have evidence of this in the "call log"?
As far as I can see I can only find the call once, and it shows like it's been made by A to C. Extension B doesn't appear anywhere in the log.

Is this right? Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance. :)

Are you looking at call reporting or call log?

I'm actually trying to find evidence of that in the call log, but I can't find any.

I believe call reporting gives better / easier to read info. You should be able to see destination and who answered separately.

Hello @ale85bg

Run a general call report and you will see all legs of the call. It will show you who you called and who ended up picking up the call.

Thank you so much to both of you, it worked exactly as expected! :)

Glad we could assist.
