Solved Login access denied without blacklisted IP

Hi there,

I am trying to login on my own 3CX system from a specific IP and I am getting the following error message:

Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator.

After checking under under IP Blacklist, I confirm that this particular IP from which I cannot login, is "Allowed"...!

No mater how much I wait to retry, I am always getting the same error. Even if I try a week later. But from any other IP I am trying to login with the same credentials, I am logged in without any problem.

Any ideas why is that happening, please?

You also need to specify the IP under Admin Console Restrictions too.
