When I try to retreive desktop component after typing http://192.168.xxx.xxx:5000/myphone, it shows to me that my login credential is incorrect. However, same credential is OK on my Cisco SIP phone. Then I try to download the 3CX Assistant and install, the same result found. Please advise if there is something I missed during setup.
PS I had already checked out on 1. turnoff myphone and 2. disallow use of extension outside LAN
