login to 3cx management console blocked

i have activated restricted access to 3cx console by my vpn ip to allow only that ip to connect to 3cx console
but since i did that and connect my vpn i got wrong creds after tried logged in

actually i have recovery console access throught digital ocean vps where is installed that on premise 3cx

is there anyway to make 3cx console accessible from public by command line ?
