loopback gateway caller id

hello,

i have a 3cx v.11 enterprise and i created the canonical 100 as main operator extension but people requested me the possibility to call the extension 100 with a single number (9). so i created a loopback sip gateway that seems working. anyway when people are calling using the number 9, on the operator display i see the call from 9 to 9 .

how i can show the correct extension that is calling ?

Go to the extension 100 page and then to the other tab and look for SIP ID, then enter the desired number "9" and apply and save. You will now be able to dial extension 100 using only the 9 key.
