M365 need to be Authorize every other week

Hi

I have a problem with the M365 sync in my 3CX.
I had the syncronisation configured and everything works perferct. The presence for all users changes both ways, everytime a change is made in Teams or 3CX.
After a week or so, the syncronisation seems to stop, but only one way. The Teams to 3CX. The syncronisation still works from 3CX to Teams.
If I press the Authorize button and type in credentials, everything starts working again.

I don't understand why I need to do this and why it stops working suddently.
I cannot check every 7 days if the sync is still running and then Authorize if not.
I have not checked if the sync stops everytime the same day or time I will look into that, but for know, maybe someone can help me ?

Do you have any external policies applying that would kill your tokens?

if you look in Azure at the app thats created, whats the expiry of the token?
