Mail not working to specific domain

Hi All,

I have several domains and only one doesn't receive emails from the 3CX SMTP server. It receives external emails fine just not from 3CX. Change the mail address to another domain and the SMTP server works. Anyone got any ideas?

Can you please tell me if this is a hosted or an on premise 3CX system? If it is hosted is a Free 3CX hosted instance?

Hi @YiannisH_3CX this is a free version installed on my own virtual private server following the install instructions 3CX provides for a clean Debian install. It's only one domain that the system will not send emails too. All others work.

I can't seem to get that form to work. It's asking me to contact a partner but surely the 3CX smtp server is not something a partner can resolve?

If your key is linked to a partner then you will get the partners details so you can communicate with them. Assuming that the issue is with the 3CX SMTP the partner can contact 3CX support and get this resolved.
