Maintenance Expiry notification on Free license

Hey guys,

I have a license key for a customer that keeps notifying him of expiry soon.

However, this is a Free license that is already on the 8SC limitation.

It's expiring the August 8th. Is it normal?

Yes. The maintenance does 'expire' and then renews. Just like the Pro trial 'expires' and then turns into STD

an 8 annual free standard does or should not send emails to renew.
As cobaltit said there are the pro trials and the paid annual keys which get warnings...

Yes, and I get an email also everytime it refreshes.

As per my PM you can ignore it since it will auto renew.

Since this is an older free key I cannot see additional information from my end, so best use the contact form and choose 'help for your key' for further investigation
