Make and Receive External Calls

Friends ...

I'm new here at 3XC. How do I configure inside my panel to make and receive calls from extensions and cell phones and also from my number at 3XC to make external calls to landlines and cell phones?

To make external calls you will have to purchase (and configure) a SIP trunk from a provider, preferably one that is supported by 3CX. Alternatively, you can use a supported gateway with a PSTN line (or ISDN or PRI) if the PBX is not cloud hosted.
Are you not able to make internal calls?

yes ... internal calls are working. I just wanted to clear up any doubts about external links.

Our recommendation is to always contact one of our 3CX Partners so that they can help you with configuring 3CX and also provide any other additional information/assistance you may need.

As @leejor already mentioned, generally you would first need a SIP Trunk configured on your 3CX PBX. Using a 3CX Supported provider will ensure a trouble free configuration so do consider having a look at our list here: https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/
