Make Call to an external number retrieved from SQL query result.

I am creating a call flow that requests a zipcode from a caller and queries a SQL database and returns a 10 digit number. That portion of the call flow is working, I cannot complete the call using the "Make Call" to "zipcodedatabase.queryresult. The call flow logs show the following error: CallFlow.CFD.MakeCallComponent 'CallSales' - Make call failed from origin='80006' to destination='System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.Object[]]' I have verified that my outbound rules will allow this call to be made.

Remember, these calls come from "MakeCall" rather than an extension number, so ensure our outbound rules do not filter by extension list or groups. Also, make sure you specify an outbound caller ID number.

Thanks Matthew, I have an outbound rule for these calls that specifies the caller ID. I feel like the issue is the make call "to" section. Will it make a call just using the variable or do I need to write a string that calls that variable from the database?

We resolved the call issue by changing it from "make call" to transfer, then the expression is GET_TABLE_CELL_VALUE(ZipCodeDatabase.QueryResult,0,0)
