make incoming call pop-up in vtiger with 3cx Integration

Hi I want to Integrate 3cx v18 with vtiger community edition and have the requirement as follows :
1) When a call received , a pop up window should open with the customer contact from Vtiger then i can able to write some notes
related to this contact and save it in Vtiger CRM ?

any tips/suggestions would be highly appreciable on this?

I followed the above same but incoming call pop-up not coming what the url we have to configure for Incoming call pop-up and where we have to configure that, and above document is related vtiger On-demand configuration, but we want to do same with Community edition of vtiger.

The Vtiger Community Edition is not supported, it only supports an old version of the Web Service, and the integration targets the new REST API which is only available in the cloud version. You would need to create a custom template for this:
