I'm creating a new setup with 3CX Pro and SNOM D765 desktop phones.
We have one SIP trunk supporting up to 4 simultaneous calls.
Up until now the client had a NEC Univerge SV8100 system with 2x ISDN-2 connections.
The incoming calls showed up as 4 lines, each under it own function key on the desktop phone.
It was easy for the receptionists to put a line on hold and get back to that same call by pressing the blinking line key.
Also, when a receptionist put a call on hold to help a customer, she could tell a collegue to pick up 'line 3' from another phone.
Is it possible to show the incoming calls as seperate 'lines' somehow? Or is there another way?
Also, when a call is on hold on a certain phone now, it seems there is no way to take that call out of the queue from another phone.
