If i want to give the right to add and edit company phone book entries, i can select the Receptionist Role.
If i want that user to be able to edit the IVR Messages, Holidays and Opening Hours, i can give them the Departement Administrator. Though they now also are able to mess with the configured Users of that Department and are no longer able to manage the company phone book.
I can give them the Manager role, so they're able to change the company phone book, Opening Hours and Holidays. But since you can't define the Greeting per Holiday anymore, they need to be able to change the IVRs directly.
How is everybody handling these backwards permissions? Am i missing something?
