Hi everyone,
Wondering if it's possible to have (different) manual in/out of office hours for different trunks/DID's on the same 3CX system, or having some kind of workaround to make it possible.
Use case:
We have 1 building with 2 separate entities, all tied to the same phone system currently. Looking to replicate this setup with 3CX.
For entity A in the building: When the reception hits DAY/NIGHT mode button, the PBX switches between the DAY and NIGHT IVR's, both with different pre-recorded messages and options.
For entity B in the building: When the reception hits DAY/NIGHT mode button, it switches from redirecting to a Call Group during the DAY, and a night time recording during the night.
I hope I was clear in my explanation.
Thanks.

- It is important for this to be switched manually, as factors outside of our control can cause closures. (ex. Snow storm) This way, the phones stay "Outside business hours" until the receptionist hits the DAY/NIGHT mode again when someone is ready to take calls.
- The reason for having both separate is that each have their own regular set of office hours, so having both tied to one schedule would not work. (Entity A could be in NIGHT mode while Entity B is still taking calls.)
I hope I was clear in my explanation.
Thanks.
