Mass Chat Log Export

You will see that in image ChatLog1, you can export each conversation from an export from a single conversation, as you can see in ChatLog 5

But we are requesting a feature that allows to do a Mass Export of all conversations in one export with the message column, so you are able to read all messages in all conversations.

Like in ChatLog 4.,1 we would want to be all to see it there in the red box. Like Chatlog 5 shows you, but for multiple lines.

The export from Chat log will give the information of each chat only. If you want to export a conversation then you have to open the conversation and then export.

Right, which isn't sustainable for hundreds of chats. What other ways are there?

You may check the XAPI as well to get the chat history in bulk.

But only if it's not desired that the 3CX sysowner data be used for this.
The XAPI can also be used on a 3CX Pro system - even a hosted one - using the sysowner login credentials.
