Maximum limit of Lightsail Instances

Hi All

Please can you help, I am deploying 3CX instance in AWS Lightsail. When i try to create instance I get the following error message after a few seconds,

'Sorry, you've reached your maximum limit of Lightsail Instances : 0. If you're new to Lightsail, please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Amazon Lightsail Customer Support.'

Does anybody know anything about this, anyhelp will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
