Mediatrix 4404

Hello,

I'm try to connect one mediatrix 4404 but I can only made phone calls. When I try to recive one call the 3CX log say that are one problem authentication.
Wath can I do?

"Reason: Credentials don't matchm check that authorization-ID and pasword match the ones in extension settings"

please find the fileds somethibg like "authentication" in Mediatrix configuration and put the values of your lines. This might help

Hello,
I have the same problem, outgoing calls to ISDN line working, incoming calls log error "Authentication failed due to unidentified" and "Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification" .

I need urgently Help, is my first installation of this product and Mediatrix 4404 works with Linksys products. INVITE is not in correct format...
