Memory usage v18 on AWS Lightsail

I just upgraded from v16.x to v18.1 by deleting my original instance and creating a new one. I then did a restore from my google cloud bucket. I have 2 extensions that use the 3cx android app and 1 Fanvil desk phone tunneling through the 3cx sbc. The memory usage is hovering between 71 and 74 percent (anywhere between 252 to 283MB free out of 1024). Is this normal? Will I run into any issues if it remains at this level? I am using 3cx for personal use and a lab.

Hi @ray gershon,

I believe this is normal. I have checked other trial instances with the same machine specs and the memory usage is almost identical to yours. Since your instance is just deployed, have it tested and observe if you have any problems with it. Of course, you have always the option to increase the specs of your machine in order to have no doubts about the performance of your instance.

I've tested and had no issues. Good to know that the amount of usage is typical and not abnormal. Appreciate the feedback.

I have same experience, of 5 instances on light sail that were upgraded to v18, 4 of the 5 have memory utilization that went from the mid 50's to 70+. Doesnt seem to cause any problems. Is there any was to tune the installation for lower memory utilization in case an issue arises?

Tip or trick to do what? If you aren't having any problems, don't worry about it. If it's bothersome, upgrade the instance for another $5/month and call it a day.
