Message in ACTIVITY log - PBX has dropped a message

Hi guys,

in my activity log i get many lines like te folowing: (3cx v15)

03/06/2017 10:03:35 AM - PBX has dropped a message with 'User-Agent: voip.ms' from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx because it is on blocked UAs list

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = ip of my trunk provider from voip.ms

the ip adress in question is WHITELISTED in 3cx....

should i worry about this ? ... i'm investigation a radom drop for incoming calls.....

Please note that the word voip is commonly used in known hacking tools and 3CX ignores invites that contains the word voip in the user agent field.
Please note that in SP5 released friday this has been fixed so make sure you upgrade to SP5 and provide us with a feedback

but is this an informative info only or is 3cx really blocking something??

in most of my settings i use the IP directly...

example in the log bellow the two first lines look like LEGIT blocks.... but the rest are the IP from my wite list!!!
