Message LED is still enabled

I have a problem with still enabled voicemail LED. On one of extension led is on but there is no message on Vm. I tryed to factory reset, upgrade firmaware, reporovisioning, but nothing was help. In the end I switch the phone, but problem still occurs. Do you have any idea what can be the problem?

So the power LED could be for voicemail or missed calls or both. Try setting it to 'No Power LED notifications' and see if that clears it and then set it back. You can also try leaving a voicemail message and then clearing it in case something is 'stuck'.

I tried both, unfortunately none of this helped. Do you have any others idea?

That device is fairly outdated now - its still on the fully supported list which is good, but it maybe worth noting the full firmware version you are currently running, as you have those supported by 3CX and those that are the "latest" available on the website.

Did you re-provision the phone after setting it to No Power LED notifications?

I checked this model with the latest firmware for 3CX V15.5.15502.6 and the FW you should have is 52.83.0.55

The power LED on top will flash red for missed calls. When missed calls are viewed it will turn off

The message LED will light up stable green when there is a message waiting. When all messages have been played it will turn off

You said you switched the phone but the problem still occurs, you may actually have some messages in the VM folder of the extension that's causing this. I would suggest checking the folder on your PBX to see if there are any remaining messages.
