Hi everyone,
I was wondering what Multi Function Printer (MFP) do you usually recommend for your clients that require a physical FAX machine? We usually use Twilio and Bandwidth.com as SIP trunk providers and a Grandstream HT812 in g.711 passthrough as the ATA for the FAX and I've had great success using HP MFPs such as the HP M428 model. The reason why I am asking this is because using the same setup as mentioned before but using a Ricoh IM 350F MFP, the Rioch would have a lot of problems receiving faxes, early hangups (not all the pages of the fax would finish before the hangup) and sometimes would pickup then hangup during negotiation. The only difference in that instance was the MFP, the same cabling and settings on the Grandstream ATA were kept the same. So just looking for some recommendations on MFPs that everyone is using for clients that require a physical fax machine.
Thanks,
Justin
