MICRONET FXS5002 AND FXO5052 GATEWAYS SIP

I have this hardware with SIP protocol (last release) in the FXS i have connect 2 phone. 3cx server registerr correctly the phone 1 but not the phone 2, if i call phone 1 with phone 2 its ok ring, not viceversa.

Any person use this hardware, help me thank
