Migrating from Cloud to local

I'm planning on migrating a few cloud hosted 3CX instances to local hardware (NUC or PCEngines running debian 9 amd64).

Are there any gotchas I need to worry about? I'm hoping to just install the on-site hardware and restore a backup.

Some other things I've thought about is the LAN IP changing. I'm using SBC pretty much everywhere so I think that will just work though I think I'll need to update the LAN IP inc the SBC config. As long as I have hairpin NAT enabled, then I can migrate the phones to 'LAN without SBC' without having to do factory resets etc.

Anything else I should think about?

So from a 3CX perspective it's just backup, uninstall restore. If it's a PBXExpress instance you'll want to touch base with 3CX to shutdown the instance before you restore (but after you backup and download the backup). Since it's remote the phones are probably using the FQDN so you'll want to setup split DNS to have the FQDN resolve internally for the easiest transition
