Hello 3cx support,
I signed up for cloud instance trial and was very happy with it so I decided to install it on local machine. The fqdn was energiuscentrala.3cx.de. So I installed it locally and used the same key as for the cloud version. Then the customer.3cx.de portal said the license was assigned to my local machine (I knew by external IP). Everything was fine, that was yesterday. This morning my FQDN was not responsive, I couldn't access it and the license moved the external IP from my local installation to the cloud instance of 3cx. Then, I revoked the license and now don't have the solution.
How to proceed now?
My goal is to test the solution for one month and then buy the license (probably Pro). But, now I cannot even buy it since I the key has been revoked from my local installation.
I would appreciate any help.
