I'm not sure if this is possible, but we recently switched from the digital receptionist -> ring groups -> various users TO digital receptionist -> ring groups -> one queue. Previously, if nobody answered, my voicemails would be tagged with the ring group name, and we would use gmail filters to route the voicemails. Now, even though my callers are still segmenting themselves in the digital receptionist, that information is not retained if the caller opts to leave a vm from the queue. I have been enjoying having all of my receptionists from 3 physical locations in a single queue, and our metrics have improved considerably. Still, 10% or so of our callers choose to leave a voicemail and having them segmented would allow us to more quickly respond.
Any advice on how to mimic the voicemail tagging as it did from the ring groups would be greatly appreciated!
