We're facing the following issue while using the transfer feature in Windows Softphone (latest release)
When a call was received on the default number it gets routed to a ring group which takes the call and forwards it to the correct person, using both Attended or Blind transfer.
At 2:12 PM the person from the Ring Group (internal extension 100) receives the call and tries to forward it to me (internal extension 110) using blind transfer
I take the call and I'm able to have audio conversation in between.
Strange thing here is, I receive notification of missed call of this extension, but I did accept it.
When we perform the same test 1 hour later (3:12 PM), I don't see the missed call.
Nothing has changed in between on configuration side (you can't change config on this matter?).
Note this is occurring over the company, with Windows softphone. When using the WebClient this doesn't occur.
Environment:
3CX V16 latest (Debian)
WIndows softphone: latest
