Missing attachment in Welcome Email

Hi there..

I have just upgraded from V12 to V15.. very pretty.

All is going well.. but I cannot seem to get the system to send the welcome email with an attachment, which we need to get the Windows/Android phones working.

Any suggestions where I could look would be helpful.

Not sure if that means smtp is working at all or just the attachment delivery is an issue.

If attachment issue, double check parameter "ATTACH_3CXCONFIG_WELCOMEEMAIL" is set to 1 (enabled).
