Missing button to record greeting and phone icon

I'm encountering an odd issue. on the V16 app for Windows if you go to VoiceMail and then Set Voicemail Greeting you can change the greeting and press a button to record a new one. Some users have it and some don't. The install file is exactly the same and so are permissions.

If there is no specific reason to stay on v16 wich is becoming less and less supported you should switch to v18.
V18 client on my windows laptop has this function so maybe this might make it available for everyone again.

I tried looking but can't find this. Do you know if there is a .msi to install V18?

There is a guide on how to upgrade to v18 and depending on wich release you are currently running this could be a push of a button to some extra work.

Make sure the user without the options has not opened 'Set Voicemail Greetings' when on a call, if they did when no longer in a call going to 'Voicemail' then back to set again should show the options.
