Missing QR Code in welcome email

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with QR Code missing in the welcome email. At first it was ok, but I remark it out in the html template. But now I want to include the QR Code back into email. It did not appear.
I am running active and passive server for 3CX failover. What I have done to troubleshoot the issue.

1. I confirmed the HTML coding in the welcome email is correct as I copy it from a fresh install.
2. I confirmed it is not my SMTP issues, as I change SMTP to 3CX SMTP, the issues is still the same.
3. I confirmed it is not my email client, issues, as I email to gmail, the issue is still the same.
4. I started all the services in passive server and send an email from there, the email was send with qr code.

What i notice is that the qr code area is a small little red x in my outlook client, the HTML code is %%QRTAG%% to call the qr code into the html email.

Please help.

Are you using the same Outlook client to receive mail to? Have you marked the sender as safe in your email client? Could be the client is blocking external images.
