Missing Queues on Android

We are missing the option to see our queue under android, however it is visible from Windows App V18

There's no support for queues on mobile clients, only on desk apps.

You should be able to see the chat conversations tho, but not once they are assigned to someone else than yourself or the queue (not taken yet.)

However, there's no "Monitor" feature on the mobile app. You CAN however use the Webclient in Chrome and see them. The new Webclient is much more usable on mobile.
