Missing some system settings

Hi all,

recently noticed that the instance is missing some tabs in Settings menu


there are no License, Network, Parameters and System Prompts tabs.
The license itself is activated.

any ideas?

Please note that this is due to the hosting admin account set up during the systems installation. This is also the case if you are using the free one year 3CX hosting.

If you have used the 3CX one year free hosting then you will need to move the PBX to an instance you control.
If you installed the system on your own instance using the hosting admin feature then you will need to re-install the system or access the system via the hosting admin account.
