Hello All,
I have a situation where my user has to account for all calls and voicemails each day. She receives a daily call report and all voicemails are sent to her email account and not saved in the mbox. For the most part the report lines up with what is received via email as a vm. She understands how to determine if the call is a hangup or not. She has a call about every other day that is long enough in length to be a vm but no vm is there. She called herself and left a long vm that didn't get sent.
For the meantime I am setting it back to also saving the vm in the mbox so I can monitor through webclient. Does anyone else know of this issue where vm's are not getting saved?
v16 on Debian
Thanks!
