Hello All,

I have a situation where my user has to account for all calls and voicemails each day. She receives a daily call report and all voicemails are sent to her email account and not saved in the mbox. For the most part the report lines up with what is received via email as a vm. She understands how to determine if the call is a hangup or not. She has a call about every other day that is long enough in length to be a vm but no vm is there. She called herself and left a long vm that didn't get sent.

For the meantime I am setting it back to also saving the vm in the mbox so I can monitor through webclient. Does anyone else know of this issue where vm's are not getting saved?

v16 on Debian

Thanks!

Please start with some details about your local config answering this

How this PBX has been installed ? manually? pbx express? with 3CX iso?
Was it working fine and not anymore, or it has never?
Only case I know is if message left is less than time set in VM settings
did you set some Quotas and no more free space ?

is the 999 default VM number giving access to voice mail ?

Hello. It is installed and hosted by SipTrunk.com who I use for my SIP service. I am sure they don't use PBX express but beyond that I am not sure. I don't know about the history, as she has really just started to keep these details. So before getting the logs she really didn't know what she was missing. I left all the quotas as default with no message saved if under 2 seconds. There is plenty of space available. The default 999 is in place as well.

Thanks!!!

Check spam filter/junk folder? And there's no mention of what SMTP service is being used.

Sorry for the delay. I switched from the hosts SMTP to the 3CX SMTP. I also enabled saving it to the mbox as well as the email. So far so good.
