Hi everyone. Just a quick question (but I don't know if it will be a quick answer!). I am working on a new install of 3CX with a Patton SN4634 connected to a single ISDN2e line and when a call comes in, the first digit (always a zero in the UK) is missing from the calling number.
For example, a call coming in from 01234 567890 is shown on the phone as 1234 567890. I am using Snom 370 phones and caller ID works fine for calls received by VOIP (using sipgate). Here are the software/firmware versions I am using:
3CX version 5.1.4287
Patton Smartnode SN4634 version 4.2 2008-01-17
Snom 370 version 7.1.30
Thanks in advance for any clues to help solve this!
Kind regards
Glenn
