Mobile phone doesn't receive incoming call notifications

Hi, dear 3CX Community!

We are using 3CX server running on Version 18.0 update 9 (Build 31).

We have many people who use 3CX application on their own mobile smartphones (various iOS and Android devices).
Till yesterday everything was working fine and we didn't made any changes on server or on client settings.

Today we have faced a problem with Incoming Call notifications. Smartphones didn't receive any notification during incoming call.
However, everything is working fine on Desktop applications. Also, on smartphones we are able to make outgoing calls, see missed calls, and we also are able to receive a push-notification about Missed Call. But nothing about active incoming call.

What should we do in current situation?

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I've been through all the troubleshooting steps I can find regarding app settings, device settings, etc. and none of these have corrected the issue.

This seems to have happened after one of the last two updates of my phone. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and am on Android 14. Would love to know if there's a fix so I can stop twinning inbound calls to my cell number.
